We provide artificial grass installation, synthetic turf replacement, and lawn renovation services exclusively within The Villages, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Artificial grass installation for residential lawns
- Synthetic turf for pet areas and dog runs
- Putting green installation
- Pool surround and patio turf
- Commercial and common area installations
- Turf repair and maintenance
Service Appointments
All service appointments are subject to availability. We strive to schedule installations promptly, but scheduling depends on crew availability, weather conditions, and materials inventory. We will confirm your appointment time and provide an estimated project timeline.
Pricing and Payment
We provide written estimates before beginning any installation work. You must approve the estimate before we proceed. Pricing may change if additional work is discovered during the project, and we will obtain your approval before performing any additional work.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty
We offer the following warranties on our services:
- Installation: 2-year warranty on all installation labor from the date of service.
- Materials: Manufacturer warranty on turf products, subject to the original equipment manufacturer's terms.
Warranty coverage is void if the installed turf is altered, misused, or damaged by conditions unrelated to the original installation. Warranty service requires the original receipt or service record.
Estimates and Consultations
On-site estimates are provided free of charge. If you choose not to proceed, no fee applies. This fee structure will be communicated to you before the consultation begins.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to provide accurate estimates and quality installations, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the installation performed
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance after our service
- Consequential damages arising from project delays
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
